Symptoms

On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index (OHMPI) 4.0.2.5, an invalid warning message is displayed for potential duplicates records that have been merged.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login OHMPI UI.
2. Select "Potential Duplicates" tab.
3. Identify two possible duplicates.
4. Merge the results.
5. Use the 'Back' button (to return to the search results).

 The following message information is displayed:
