Same payment processed twice in TF Application (Doc ID 2815800.1)

User mentioned multiple message are posted to TF and want to understand why that happened.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Check for rtiserver log for multiple messages

Step 2 : Check if 2 different message id is used.

Expected result :

Only one message should be processed.

Actual result :

Same message has been processed twice in production.

Issue Encountered :

Middleware has sent the message twice hence same message posted twice in TF
