Unable To View Application Configuration Screen In IIA v8.1.1.2 (Doc ID 2816128.1)

After upgrading to v8.1.1.2, getting below error message in the UI while opening the Application Configuration Screen.

"An unknown error has occurred.Please contact the system admin" (Attached Screenshot)

Upgraded to IIA v8.1.1.2 from IIA v8.1.1.1
