Patch Fails on FEM_BAL_NACC_HIER_L2_MV.XDF With ORA-00955 (Doc ID 2816147.1)

Symptoms

While applying an Oracle Applications interoperability patch 30033914, the adpatch process fails with the following error in the adpatch log:

Error:

The adworkxxx.log contains the following error on a materialized view create statement:
