Symptoms
When executing Object Migration > Import Objects for an FTP Process, the migration fails. The following errors exist in various logs in the web server logs directory:
From the FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log:

[03-06-21 17:59:22,987 GMT PM] [INFO ] [WEB] Error Found input manipulated locale::en_US
As a result of the errors, the FTP Process is not loaded into the new environment.
