User Is Not Able to Access Navigator -> Continuous Control Management Post Upgrade (Doc ID 2816289.1)

On : 8.6.6.15046 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
user is not able go to Navigator -> Continuous Control Management in GRC post upgrade

After GRC upgraded from GRC-all-8.6.6.14000 to GRC-all-8.6.6.15046, user is not able go to
Navigator > Continuous Control Management, it’s just coming up with a blank screen. User tried in both Chrome and Firefox browsers.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GRC.
2. Navigate to Navigator > Continuous Control Management.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access AACG controls/models/conditions.
