Goal

UIM 7.4.1.0.0 version, Rate Code

We have microwave devices  and the maximum rate code that is supported by these devices is 300M. So we, need support for this rate code for device interfaces and connectivity in UIM.
300M rate code is supported by RF and IF ports in Microwave devices. These devices are from various vendors and is quite common.
