OIA Batch Assess API JSON Property Ordering is Causing 400 Bad Request Error (Doc ID 2816853.1)

Symptoms

Using Siebel (21.4) REST API framework to invoke the OIA Batch Assess API (API version 12.2.20), and have encountered a 400 bad request error when the Siebel request has the 'cases' property before 'outcomes' in the batch assess request.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the OIA REST API using Soap UI.
2. Error 400 bad request is seen when the Siebel request has the 'cases' property before 'outcomes' in the batch assess request.
