Unable to paste an image in text area while sending RFI (Doc ID 2816865.1)

When tried paste an image such as .tiff or .png while send RFI action, following warning prompt is received

"Press Ctrl+v to paste. Your browser doesn't support pasting with the toolbar button or context menu option".
