Print Pdf Of Case Context Not Working for CS cases (Doc ID 2816967.1)

The printing of case context doesn’t work properly. The action is available, and it seems the pdf gets created, but it doesnt open.

Steps to reproduce issue:

Login into ECM
Open a CS case
Click in “prinit”
A pop-up window opens, where the user can select business tabs and click on “View PDF”
Upon clicking ‘view pdf’ button, a blank new window opens.

reportsForCase in the catch block

Opening the Error PDF as the PDF generation process failed null
