QC Framework Is Not Capturing The Rule Id In Audit History (Doc ID 2817069.1)

Current Behavior

While auditing the QC for a case, it is observed that system only captures the case has been picked for QC. There is no information on the rule id which is used to pick up the case.

For example,

A case may fall under more than one rule in QC:-

Rule 1: Pick all the cases closed by New employee
Rule 2: Pick all the high risk category cases

Let's consider, a case in high risk category and closed by a new employee. This case will be picked up either by Rule 1 or Rule 2 based on the priority in QC rules. But by looking at the audit history its not possible to know which rule is used to process the case.

Expected Behavior

Rule Name/ Rule ID to be printed on Audit History for the particular case for auditing.
