Performance Issue when Accepting Initial/Followup ICSR Reports or Viewing ICSR Difference Report (Doc ID 2817139.1)

Symptoms

Argus is freezing and not able to view E2B difference report when trying to accept ICSR reports or trying to view ICSR difference report.

Getting the following error after waiting 30-40 minutes when trying to view ICSR difference report:
"An error occurred while generating the ICSR Viewer difference"
