Last updated on OCTOBER 28, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version 2.9.0.0.0 to 2.9.0.0.0 [Release 2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 2.9.0.0.0 version,

In case of any SQL exception IP batches C1-TXNIP and C1-TXNP are failing.
The issue is that the records from staging table are not moved to transaction details table(CI_TXN_DeTAIL)/Rollback table(CI_ROLLBACK_TXN_detAIL)/exception table(CI_TXN_DETAIL_EXCP).
It just remains on CI_TXN_DETAIL_STG.
