Symptoms

User is facing the below error while adding a new action to the Custom TF workflow.

Error in OFSAA.log :

[ SANCTIONS ]Exception occured in Alerts Notification Obvious False Positive Action Service
com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.auditService.exceptions.AuditException: Exception occured in method logAudit in com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.auditService.impl.AuditDAOImpl
at com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.auditService.dao.AuditLogger.logInsertAudit(AuditLogger.java:54) ~[TFLTServiceAudit.jar:?]
