"Initdci Failed To Handle Js Trigger !" Error When Using Dmz Server (Doc ID 281803.1)

Symptoms

 Using the internet (HTTPS) to access DMZ Server to launch PDF Data Entry causes the following error:

initDCI failed to handle JS trigger!

Yet Classic Data Entry works as expected via the internet.

Using the intranet (HTTP and HTTPS) to access the DMZ Server to launch PDF Data Entry work as
expected.

Ports 443 (dmz-https) and 80 (http), SQLNET port, and FTP port are open for the web server and
firewall.

PDF Data Entry form should be accessible from DMZ server via the internet using HTTPS.

Screen shot shows the PDFscreen and the pop up window with the error:
"initDCI failed to handle JS trigger !".
