ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is using Collaborative Planning to maintain stock at customer site. They use Supply Chain Collaboration Load program to update customer store onhand using Allocated Onhand.
Then they use VMI replenishment engine to suggest replenishment suggestion.

The program is behaving irregularly have been giving below issues. We'll use Item-A and Customer/Customer Site CUSTOMER-A/CS-1 as an example.

Navigation:
Responsibility: Supply Chain Collaboration Manager
Navigation:  Select Planning tab > Vertical View subtab

Vertical View
Enter the following Search Criteria
- Item = Item-A
- Customer = CUSTOMER-A
- Customer Site = CS-1
- Order Type = Allocated onhand

- Actual Date / Quantity

- 08-FEB-2021 / 2
- 12-DEC-2020 / 0
- 11-DEC-2020 / 0
- 10-DEC-2020 / 0
- 09-DEC-2020 / 0

Navigation:
Responsibility: Supply Chain Collaboration Manager
Navigation: Select Planning tab > VMI subtab

VMI View
Enter the following Search Criteria
- Item = Item-A
- Customer = CUSTOMER-A
- Customer Site = CS-1
- VMI Status
  - Onhand = 2
  - Onorder = 0
  - Min = 1
  - Max = 5
- Onhand Quantity = 2
- Onhand Date = 31-OCT-2020

Notice that in the Vertical View, for Order Type = Allocated Onhand, the Actual Date and Quantity are accurate. The most recent date matches up with the correct quantity.

But if you look at the VMI View, while the Onhand is correct, but the Onhand Date is pointing back to 31-OCT-2020 instead of 08-FEB-2021.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Onhand Date in the VMI View should accurately reflect the current date not an earlier date
