CNE ECE Is Unable to Send Notification to BRM After Kafka Restart (Doc ID 2818581.1)

Goal

In case Kafka server is stopped and started few minutes after, brmgateway and diametergateway processes are not able to automatically reconnect to new Kafka instance and resume sending notifications to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM).

It is expected that brmgateway and diametergateway will be able to automatically reconnect and resume sending notifications.

How to setup to obtain the expected behavior?
