Symptoms

When executing reimpurge batch in PURGE_WORKSPACES_AND_OPERATIONALS mode.

Documents are not getting purged as expected based on doc_hist_days days and observed that not all documents are purged from im_doc_head which are older than im_system_options.doc_hist_days.
