Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.11 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issues with ReassignAllocations ABR when we are using collection mathvariable to assign allocation. With OIPA V11.3.0.14 patch the below issue is occurring for transactions with ReassignAllocations attached rule. The transactions having ReassignAllocations ABR wherein using collection math variable to assign allocation instead of SQL query is throwing validations on processing. Validation message is: allocations do not equal 100%.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The transaction should process successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take an active policy.
2. Issue the contract by following the life cycle. (turns contract status to active)
3. Add date of death for owner client
4. Add and process DeathClaimPending which changes the contract substatus to Death Claim Pending.
5. Try to add and process DeathMoneyMarketExchange. Validation will be encountered.

On trying to add and process DeathMoneyMarketExchange Activity for plan we see a validation message on clicking verify as well as on processing. The transaction does not get processed and there is a hard edit stating : allocations do not equal 100%.
