ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OHF 8.01 environment, customer noticed too many records selected for update in HCD incremental view "V_CLAIM_PAYMT_F_INCR" that causes performance degradation.

It identifies the claims affected and reprocesses all payments against a claim. In general, this works well except for the default record.

Expected to see HCD incremental view "V_CLAIM_PAYMT_F_INCR" to complete without performance degradation that was caused by "Claim ID=1".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run HCD incremental view "V_CLAIM_PAYMT_F_INCR"
2. Too many records have been selected to update and took a long time to process.
