MaintainRelationships BR Does Not Copy To EffectiveTo Column (Doc ID 2819470.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.27 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MaintainRelationships BR does not copy to EffectiveTo column. When using the MaintainRelationships BR all but the EffectiveTo column are correctly copied to/updated. The column remains null.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The EffectiveTo column is populated correctly.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Activity.

2.  Attached the MaintainRelationships that will create/update an existing Client Relationship.

3. Process the Activity.

4. Review the ASClientRelationship table, note that the EffectiveTo is not updated with the value passed in from the Activity.
