Not Able To Open Gantt Chart For A Specific Project - Error: Null Pointer Exception (Doc ID 2819484.1)

Symptoms

Not able to open Gantt chart for a specific project receive the "Null Pointer Exception" error.  Able to open the Gantt Chart for other projects.  Clearing cache by deleting the temp files but still experience the same issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Web Client
2.Locate a specific project
3. Open the Gantt Chart for this project
4.Receive error 'Null Pointer Exception'
