STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Web Client.
2. Create Change Deviation or Stop ship.
3. Click Affected Items tab.
4. Add multiple affected items.
5. Click Workflow tab.
6. Change the status from Released to Closed.
7. Click Affected Items tab.
8. Click Workflow tab.
9. Change the status from Closed to Released.
10. Click Affected Items tab.
Actual result:
1. Step #6: On Has Pending Change column, all affected items are changed to no red square.
2. Step #10: On Has Pending Change column, all affected items are changed to red square.
