A Single User Is Receiving Multiple Email Notifications For One BP Record

Symptoms
When processing Business Process (BP) record # BP1-0001 using a specific Workflow (WF) Setup and at a specific WF Step, there is a single user that received 3 Email Notifications and all reference this single BP record at this WF step.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation was that each user would only receive one Email Notification for each BP Record processed through a single WF step.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier.
- Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > User Mode > Business Processes > BP1 > Create and process BP Record # BP1-0001 to the "WF1" step.
- Note that three Task Notification emails with different NID codes are sent to a single user ("User1") for this one Record at this single WF step.
