Workflow Schema Suddenly Not Found Causing Auto-Creation To Fail and Users To Receive ‘You Do Not Have Permission To View’ When Trying To Open a Record (Doc ID 2819754.1)

Symptoms

In Unifier : Version 19.12.13 and 20.12

For any Workflow type Business Process (BP) Record:

Previously the BP was auto-creating destination records and the users could Open a view the record data.

Suddenly the auto-creation stops working and users receive "You do not have permission to view this record".

In Admin mode, when checking the Setup and Workflow Setup for the BP, find that the previously existing workflow schema (unique combination of Setup Name and Workflow Name) that was being used for auto-creation, and the creation of the records in question that the users cannot view, no longer exists.
