Symptoms

Error in adding supplier traits for 10 digit supplier site number.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create Supplier having supplier site number greater than 2147483647(10 digit number)
2. Try to add supplier trait.
3. Notice that an error displayed "-Invalid supplier."  -ORA-01400: Cannot insert null into sup_traits_matrix.supplier.
