Alert: "You do not have permission to perform this operation" When Downloading Multiple Files in Document Manager (Doc ID 2819772.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search for documents in the Document Manager, if the user attempts to download multiple files, the following Alert pops up:

"Alert: You do not have permission to perform this operation"

STEPS

  1. Select the documents to be downloaded from the Document Manager
  2. Click on the "Download" button
  3. Result:  "Alert:  You do not have permission to perform this operation" 
  4. However if you select each of the files individually, they download successfully.
