Symptoms

Performance issue in Inventory by Location Screen.

Steps To Recreate:
1) Make sure ITEM_LOC_HIST has upwards of 6 billion records
2) Tasks -> Inventory -> Inventory By Location
3) Enter a transaction level item
4) Enter a warehouse location to which the item is ranged
5) Press
6) Notice it takes a long time to return.
