No Response in JMS Hold Queue when the Alert of type MT950 is released

Symptoms
The response for the swift MT950 message is not received in the JMS hold queue when the alert is released .

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Post the given message MT950
2) Alert is created
3) Check the JMS hold queue for hold status
4) Release the alert in TF alert summary
5) Check the JMS hold queue for release status – no response is received
6) Release any existing alert of any MT type.
7) Check the JMS hold queue for release --- response is received
