Symptoms

Steps to reproduce:

1. Sign in into TF

2. Post a message with tag that map with Narrative web service. (Note: This tag should contains names of individual, entity, port, city, country, goods in watchlist.)

2. Check the response

Expected Results:

It should generate alerts

Actual Results:

System return CLEAN.
