ICCPAdapter Log Has Numerous "Isis Time Out Of Date" Messages (Doc ID 2820186.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.0.0 version, Adapters

Each time the IccpAdapter reconnects to the SCADA system, it requests the complete set of SCADA measurements.

When the SCADA system drops its connection repeatedly during the course of testing, each IccpAdapter reconnect takes longer to refresh its measurement cache.

Numerous instances of this message appeared in the IccpAdapter log file:
