Problem with Adjustment: Amount is more than available for Adjustment (Doc ID 2820214.1)

On : version, Accounts Receivable (AR)

One user is currently using Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery (RODOD) solution and noticed that on a specific account, when the adjustment happens on an one off product through Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and the adjustment amount is bigger than the total available amount, the adjustment is posted and applied.

When one is trying the same adjustment from Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) side, this is not possible and there is the error:
Amount is more than available for Adjustment.
