System Numbering Does Not Reflect Product (Doc ID 2820225.1)

Goal

System numbering is not reflecting full length of product abbreviation. Followed Admin guide as noted below and system number is not correct.

P - When selected , this uses either of the two values:

If report type is 'Spontaneous' or 'other' during booking: the system uses the value of the 'Product Abbreviation' field specified in the Product configuration for the selected Primary suspect product.

If report type is of the type 'report from study' during booking: the system uses the 'Product Abbreviation' field specified in the study configuration.

In user's case the following setup and results are recorded:

1) System numbering: Start at 16
Numbering Format: XXXX[P][P][P][CCC][#######]
Sequencing Options unchecked

System Numbering Configuration:



2) Studies Configuration: Product Abbreviation is configured with '822':



3) Case Form > General: Study XXX-833-011 selected
Project ID and Study ID shown as: XXX-822-011

 



4) Case Form > Product showing case number with 888 and Product with 822.

Why does the product portion show 888 when 822 is expected?
