PO- Split PO functionality is throwing errors ORA-01403 error when following steps followed:

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found returned by program unit SPLIT_ORDER_SQL.CREATE_MODEL_TRUCK

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation:
1. Create PO with single order location, save but do not approve(status=W)
2. Go to manage order screen and search for created order
3. From Results -> Action Menu-> Select Split PO
4. Error appears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot split the order.
