Symptoms

Aggregate and periodic reports are not generating in newly created enterprises on v8.2.3.

The reports are stuck in pending.

Steps:

  1. On version 8.2.3 environment, create a new enterprise
  2. Generate the aggregate and/or periodic reports
  3. Go to (menu) Reports > Compliance > Report Generation Status
  4. Report status shows as Pending
