Incorrect calculation of total cost pertaining to Receipt Adjustment by cost - Tran Code 20  (TC 20) has some difference when (old cost - new cost) is a number with repeating decimals.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Created a simple pack for 9 units of a SKU.
2. Created a PO for 100 units of the pack with unit cost as 16.60.
3. Created a shipment for the order and received it.
4. Tran data for TC 20 got created with total cost of 1660 (100 * 16.60).
5. Using Receipt Adjustment by Cost, changed the current cost of 16.60 to 16.4340 so difference is 0.1660.
6. Note that when you divide 0.1660 by 9, you get 0.018444... which gets rounded to 0.0184.
7. For such case, Tran data for TC 20 gets created for -16.560 ( 0.0184 * 900 ) whereas expecting to see -16.600 (0.018444... * 900 ).
