Symptoms

On : 18.8.20.0 version, P6 PPM DB Install, Setup, Config Tools

When attempting to run the Primavera Administration Configuration for P6 Professional user receives a connection error.

ERROR

The database connection failed: Network Naming: No LDAP server detected or configured.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run primaveradminconfig
2. Enter connection information
3. Select Connection

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot enable or update their LDAP configuration settings.
