Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login to CS real time and create a case

Step 2 : Post swift message in TFLT

Step 3 : Check EDQ response for cs and tf.

Expected result :

Performance should be faster for cs realtime cases creation and post message in TF

Actual result :

Performance is slow and services are getting hanged in edq.

Multiple EDQ call is hit from ofsaa but both running on same server
