ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Crew Shift is stamping a wrong date for shift started causing confusion in CDI
The crew shift start date is displaying wrong values. As an example, the crew's current shift is stamped with a start date of two days ago. This is causing the CDI to display a Red line which appears as if the crew has started the shift two days ago.
For example, the crew's shift for July 15 wasn't started until July 15 at 11:02:18, however, when we look into the main tab of the shift, it shows Started Date/Time: July 12, 11:05:14 which is three days ago. The log tab zone "crew shift events" shows that crew moved Out Of Service July 12 at 11:05:06. When we navigate to shift on July 12, this shift also has crew shift event of "Out of Service" with exactly the same time.
