On : 8.0.7 version, Web UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manual promote to case failed for KYC cases

Steps.

1.Go to KYC Risk assessment risk page and select a RA from list 

2. Click promote to case in top of list 

3. Fill all of information in promote to case action page 

4. Click save

5. Showing Contact to system administration message is shown instead of successfully saved message.

appln_logs_msgs table shows below error
