Goal

User is encountering error PLM0481 when attempting to run rate schedule

PLM0481: Should not SAVE TO TABLE BILLHISTORY or BILLHISTORYVALUE table for current bill period, use SAVE AS instead.

This rate schedule runs fine for other users.
