Transformation Installation Fails With 'ORA-00904: :Invalid Identifier'

Symptoms
A transformation installation is ending in warning with the following error:
Validating all objects in <target model> Target Model
Checking for invalid objects such as Tables,Views,Indexes,Triggers.
We have invalid objects.Hence Recompiling the objects to resolve any compilation errors.
We still have invalid objects that cannot be resolved through compilation.
Identifying each individual invalid object type.
TRIGGER <trigger name> has following errors at:
Line 16 with PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Line 16 with PLS-00302: component 'CDR$DUP_NUM' must be declared
Line 17 with PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Line 17 with PLS-00302: component 'CDR$DUP_NUM' must be declared
We still have invalid objects that cannot be resolved through compilation.
Identifying each individual invalid object type.
PACKAGE BODY<package body name> has following errors at:
Line 365 with PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Line 365 with PLS-00302: component 'CDR$DUP_NUM' must be declared
Line 606 with PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
