FTP Process Hangs With Following Last Line in Engine Log: "Module Logging OFS Access module data: /* GetTRateCol() */"

Symptoms
On FTP 8.0.7 version, Transfer Pricing process hangs on every execution.
There is no error fsi_process_errors table, however the process engine log ends abruptly at below as last line:
Module Logging OFS Access module data: /* GetTRateCol() */
No SQL execution is taking place on database side after process hang.
Issue is particular to this process only. Process used to run fine before. No recent change is said to be made that could have caused this.
