Goal

On : 2.7.0.0.10 version, Administration

Customers Move in/Move out from NMS done during active events on the event device does not reflect the updated customers affected count for the event in Customer Outage Fact tables.

Scenario 1: A customer was added into the transformer on which the PDO Event No. XXXXXXX was active.
Issue: The increased customer count did not reflect in the Customer Outage Fact table (CF_CUST_RST_OUG/CF_CUST_RECENT_OUTG) even though it reflects in NMS Jobs table and OUA Job Fact table (CF_RECENT_JOB/CF_RST_JOB)

Scenario 2: A customer was removed from the Fuse on which the PDO Event No. XXXXXX was active.
Issue: The reduced customer count did not reflect in the Customer Outage Fact table (CF_CUST_RST_OUG/CF_CUST_RECENT_OUTG) even though it reflects in NMS Jobs table and OUA Job Fact table (CF_RECENT_JOB/CF_RST_JOB)

Impact: Reports built on Customer Outage Facts and Reliability reports built on Control Zone Outage Fact are showing incorrect data.
