Comments Inputted with Action lost in Audit Trail

Hi ,

When Ampersand ( &) symbol is used in comments while performing any action , System considers & as end of text and truncates whatever written afterwoards.

Simulation Steps as follow:

Open an Alert.
Click on Review and select Reviewed Internally from Action Dropdown
Enter comments having symbol &
Click Save
Check from Audit trail, Text written after &  was cut off.
