Error "Unable To Load Data. Unknown Error" and Timesheet Approval Page Fails to Load (Doc ID 2821820.1)

When attempting to access the Timesheet Approval page, it gets stuck at "Loading" and the following error occurs:

Unable to load data. Unknown Error.

The following error is also generated in the P6WebAccess.html log file:

ERROR /rest/timesheet/load?actionReqTab=false (User Id: #### DB Id: #) Error loading timesheet data. Error loading timesheet data.
