Unable To Download Attachment Of RFI Sent From Evidence Tab (Doc ID 2821957.1)

Symptoms

Not able to download the attachment which is sent alongwith RFI. The attachment count is visible in RFI but when clicked, nothing happens. Please note, we are able to download the attachments when added through Add Evidence option.
