"Store Cost" In NEVT Node Store Double Value (Doc ID 2822095.1)

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), 12.0.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The value stored in NEVT node to a profile tag (store cost function) is twice as big as the actual value charged.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------
The cost stored is exactly the same as the cost charged.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On NCC 12.0.3 Version, Use a Control Plan with Start, NEVT reserve event, NEVT commit event with store cost and End Node.
2. Trigger the Control Plan and check if the NEVT node charges correct prices as configured .
3. Check and verify if the "Store cost" operation stores a different value twice as big value to the profile tag.
