Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.2.0.0 version,

It is observed that beVWARS core dumps on the primary VWS nodes during shutdown.

Here the Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) pair is up and running and it has taken some traffic. When the secondary VWS restarts it await the completion of the restart and the messaging from the primary indicating the pair is back online. When the Primary VWS restarts the beVWARS core dumps. It appears this only happen after the primary has restarted.
