On 9.3.6 RUP 4 and below, when viewing the history rows of a Change, each row height would be set to 1 text high. For example, modify the description of a Change Order with multiline text (select Enter and add more text). Any lengthy text would be cutoff at the right edge of the column. If one clicks on that cell, a window with yellow background would open and the user can see the entire text.

In RUP 17, when there is multiline text, such as in a description of change and it is modified, it is showing up in full complete with carriage turns in the History tab.

1. Open Item
2. Modify Description and make the new value multiline
3. Navigate to History Tab
4. Latest update shows up in full complete with carriage turns
